memory loss.

How do I know if my home may contain lead?
If paint is peeling, chipping, flacking, chalking or cracking dust could be produced, lead contaminated dust is dangerous and requires immediate attention.

Lead poisoning is a serious and sometimes fatal condition.
Lead poisoning occurs when lead builds up in the body.
Lead is a highly toxic metal and a very strong poison.
It is found in lead-based paints, including paint on the walls and windows of old houses.
Lead can also be found in some of children’s toys.

healthy can have high blood levels of lead.
Indications and symptoms may not appear until dangerous amounts of lead have accumulated in the body.
