PowerPoint Tips

• No more than 2 fonts per page

• Keep slide show to a minimum – avoid the Gatling Gun approach

• Rehearse

Can you read this at the back?

• Keep number of bullet points to six max

• Sans-serif type often easier to read

• Left justified text is also more legible

• Go for contrast between background and other elements

• Consider simplifying charts & diagrams
