He spent 15 years as a business practitioner working for Eaton and Tracor among others; he actively participated in more than a few entrepreneurial ventures, and he entered academia in 1994 where he has served in both faculty and administrative roles. Earlier this year Rex published his first book, “The Interdependent Organization” and is his spare time Rex is a proven all around handyman. This summer Dr. Draman completed a comprehensive makeover to his front yard which included a new paver sidewalk and patio, a stacked limestone curb, and a new horizontal fence. While his education and experience are well aligned with his teaching in both Operations and Strategic Management, Dr. Draman is most passionate about the emerging field of “Organizational Sustainability” which he has integrated into his MGT 4371 class this semester. He is always available to talk and share his understanding and insights about this topic. Spring 2018 Registration Notes RRC/AVRY secon meets at Round Rock Campus.
