    Conclusion and Proposals In the trend of globalization, knowledge, wisdom of every human being is no longer the exclusive property of their respective countries.

    The discovery, selection, training of gifted students to create high-quality human resources has become a common responsibility of the globe. I would like to thank the organizations for the initiatives to organize this Conference on the subject of fostering gifted students and for allowing me to make this presentation at this meeting.
