Our attendance at the BVZ trade fair was very successful. “DIE ZWEITHAAR” is now an indispensable institution and certainly the alternative hair industry’s most important

event. In an exchange with a large specialist audience, it offers the perfect

environment for the presen-tation of our new products. As part of this newsletter, we would now like to take the opportunity to present our two new main catalogues – the BELLE MADAME HAIR COLLECTION and the BELLE MADAME NATURAL HAIRLINE – with a variety of new products. In addition to many new creations, I would also like to take a closer look at the ten new colours, which have already been well received. These include many new reds such as Flame-Mix, Dark-Purple or Dark-Purple/Flame and a new grey tone called Blond-Grey-Root, a blonde with light, very natural-looking greying. In addition, the range of models for large heads (Large Styles) has been considerably expanded.

We are already looking forward to your opinions and comments, and look forward to constructive criticism, which helps us to continue to work at our best.

A DOUBLE BILL OF NEW CATALOGUES

T he BELLE MADAME colle-ction is enriched by eleven new synthetic hair and two

new human hair wigs. Charming cuts and a wide range of colours, sizes and construction types offer the right alternative hair style for all requirements. New master-pieces, popular classics or simply a personal favourite promise many highlights.

The SUPREME MONO SF+ and AVA MONO SF models feature a special highlight. They come with newly developed stretch bases, which perfectly adapt to the shape of the

head. The bases are designed with silicone at the temple and neck, which means they offer improved hold and a more natural look with flat thin roots in front of the ears. In addition, these wigs are mono-handtied.

The range of models for large heads (Large Styles) has expanded con-siderably. In the synthetic hair line, there will be two large new stretch bases as well as two mono-handtied models. There will also be two wigs of this size in the natural hair line. When it comes to colour, one can also look forward

to the largest selection of colours in the alternative hair industry; a range that is set to become even more diverse in the future. Typical BELLE MADAME enriches the port-folio with tones like Flame-Mix, Dark-Purple, Dark-Purple/Flame, Espresso-Copper/Mist, Dark-Brown/Fire Ombre, Chocolate/Honey-Ombre or Blond-Grey-Root with a very natural-looking greying effect.

Rounding off the new products in the natural hair range are four new

T hese two skills are very important to Dominik Fehlhaber. He has been

supporting the company with great commitment since De-cember 2013. He knows the company’s various departments, and is therefore ideally suited to provide comprehensive customer care. In the beginning, Dominik Fehlhaber worked with DENING HAIR GmbH alongside his studies in the area of merchandise logis-tics. Two years later, in December 2015, he joined the order-service team, where he took care of all wishes and requests with a strong customer focus. He additionally supports the executive level as a management assistant, be it for trade fairs or as a sales represent-ative in other European countries.

Dominik Fehlhaber knows that customer contact often goes beyond mere order processing. That’s why expert consulta-tion is important to him, and is happy to take the time for this. “For us, different colours and models are our daily business; our customers are often not famil-iar with all options.
