OPEN TO NON MEMBERS BUT IF YOU QUALIFY YOU MUST JOIN THE PONY CLUB ON THE DAY. Open to individual Pony Club Members, but excluding any combination of horse/pony and rider that have represented their Branch at Open or Intermediate Area Qualifiers at PC Dressage Championships or any rider who has competed at PC Open or Intermediate Dressage Championships (this does not include any other classes held in conjunction with Area Qualifiers) Riders must not have won any BD ( or DI ) points or competed at BD ( or DI ) Novice Level or above. Horses may be graded British Dressage Novice or below.

OPEN TO NON MEMBERS BUT IF YOU QUALIFY YOU MUST JOIN THE PONY CLUB ON THE DAY. Open to individual Pony Club Members, but excluding any combination of horse/pony and rider that has represented a Branch or Centre at Open Area Qualifiers for PC Summer Dressage Championships OR if they have competed at the Summer or Winter Open Championships OR if they have won BD (or DI) points at Elementary level or above, or competed at Medium level. Horses must not have won points at BD (or DI) Elementary level or above in the previous calendar year.

OPEN TO NON MEMBERS BUT IF YOU QUALIFY YOU MUST JOIN THE PONY CLUB ON THE DAY. Horses who have competed at Advanced Medium level or above during the current year are not eligible. This includes Hors Concours entries.

First 4 qualify for the Area competition

Rosettes to 6th place in each section Rosette to highest place Garth Hunt Member in all classes

Commanders are allowed in all classes

The competition will be run in accordance with the 2015 Pony Club Dressage Rule Book and Dengie Dressage Rules 2015/2016.

Working in will be in the outdoor school

Please will competitors report to the Tack Check Steward 15 minutes before the time allotted for their test

There will be an unmounted prize giving after each class/section

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. All persons entering the showground shall be bound by these Rules

and Conditions of Entry. 2. The Judge’s decision is final. 3. The Organisers reserve the right to alter any part of the Schedule or

to refuse entries without stating reasons. 4. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be returned, less an

administration fee of £3.00 per competitor, to offset costs. All money will be returned only upon receipt of an S.A.E.

5. Please read all rules for Pony Club Dressage/Dengie in the 2015/2016 Pony Club Dressage Rule Book or on the Pony Club website www.pcuk.org . A copy of the Rule Book will be held with the Secretary on the day of the competition.

6. Any objection should be made in writing, accompanied by a deposit of £10.00. After due consideration of the objection, the judge’s decision is final.

7. No entries will be refunded unless a medical or veterinary certificate is produced within one week of the event.

8. Securely fastened hard hats must be worn at all times by everyone when mounted. Hats should be tagged must conform to PAS015 1998 or 2011, BSEN1384 1997, EN1384 1996, with BSI kite mark, ASTM F1163 2004, SNELL E2001, AS/NZS 3838 2003 or 2006. Members should bring non-tagged hats to the secretary when collecting their number. Dark blue or black hats only please.

9. No horse or pony may be ridden more than once in a class. 10. Horses and ponies must be over 4 years old on the day of the

competition. 11. No galloping anywhere on the showground, riders must only walk

their horses/ponies in the car park. No lungeing. 12. Dogs must be on leads at all times.
