A. INTRODUCTION • ENERGY SERVICE had been established on May 1996. Our Company Registration Numbers are 2050045236 (Trading) and 2050041881 (General Contracting). We are a local Saudi company engaged in two main activities: Trading and Contracting & Services. • Our trading activities are mainly related to supply of electrical material and equipment for substations, power plants, and industries. • Our services activities focused on maintenance services, training programs, subcontracting works, material fabrications and modifications of accessories and electrical equipments supplied.

B. MISSION STATEMENT • Our mission is to engaged in the supply, assembly of electrical-power equipment, and services for the domestic market. It is a customer oriented company which insists primarily on the best services and support to our customers based on qualified and specialized input. • We envision our company as growing company that will be competitive if not to lead in this line of business. • Our Objective are as follows:

Increase the market share by promoting a complete package consisting of majority if not all the material and equipment required by our client for their specific projects.

Direct all efforts towards winning the market for the products we are promoting.

B. SERVICES 1. SUPPLY, INSTALL, TEST & COMMISSION • Energy Service edged its competitor on the market by offering in package deals. Our strategy is to supply, install, test & commission of each equipments purchased by the client. • Energy Service did repair, test & commission some third party equipments as well such as Distribution Transformers, Power Transformers, Disconnecting Switches and DC Systems as we have the know-how of the works and the standards to follow. • Energy Service are capable also of conducting Megger and Insulation testing for our contracted XLPE cables terminations, indoor and outdoor bus bars where required. 2. CONTRACTOR’S INTERNAL DESIGN & CONSULTANCY • Energy Service personnel are fully familiar with existing local standards like SAMSS & SAES (ARAMCO), TMSS & SES (SEC) and ROYAL COMMISSION Specifications on both materials and engineering as well as International Standards like IEC, ANSI and IEEE to name a few. These standards are our constant references during coordination works with either main contractor or thru their respective Designer/Consultant in various Electrical fields especially on Switchyard and Substations. •In addition, we had worked with various known designers representing the contractors on some projects supplying appropriate technical information for material/equipment, installation instruction, procedures and other technical information which can only be furnished by knowledgeable and technically equipped personnel. •Internal construction consultancy and design is constantly practiced during our engineer’s on-site supervision.

3. ON-SITE SUPERVISION Our engineers did and currently conducted on-site supervision numerous substations in part or in full. Some of ARAMCO substation as follows:

• Supervision of On-Going 69kV Abqaiq Project (Replace Obsolete Electrical Distribution Equipment) • Supervision of OHL Portion for 69kV Aindar project including portions of Switchyard • Supervision of 115kV Khurais Switchyard Bus Bar Installation • Supervision of 115kV Monopole Line in Khurais • Supervision of 115kV Switchyard in Fadhili and Abu-Hadriyah • Other part coordination and supervision on various switchyards and substation for SEC kingdom wide

Supervision works does include interpretation of applicable standards and proposing solutions on problems and troubles encountered during construction and installation with regards to the minimum requirements as per local standards otherwise applicable international standards where situation may require.
