• Closed Strathmore Dementia Unit (12 beds) – all resources moved to the community

• Testing a range of services including:– Open Access Memory Clinics– Improved post diagnostic support– Care Home Liaison Service– Intensive community support in a crisis– Comprehensive case planning– Hospital inpatient liaison and transitional care
