Delta Academy is open to all girls 11-14 and/or grades (6th-8th) The program focuses on the development of positive attitudes, eective problem solving skills, confidence and other skills to help build a solid plan for the future. The goals of the program are to assist in preparing young girls for full participation as leaders in the 21 century. Delta GEMS is open to all girls who are 14-18 and/or grades (9th-12th) The program focus and goals are: 1) to create compassion, caring, and community-minded young women by actively involving them in service learning and community service; 2) To develop strong, confident and respectful young ladies and prepare them to take an active role in their success and society. To instill in girls the need to excel academically; 3) to provide tools that will enable girls to sharpen and enhance their skills to achieve high levels of academic success. The program schedule includes college prep workshops, hands-on activities guest speakers and community service.
