Santosh Anoo, Principal, Strategy & Operations

Santosh leads Deloitte Consultings Strategy and Operations practice in India. He is one of the TMT

industry groups leading practitioners in the areas of Telecom and technology strategy and organic

growth. Focused in the corporate and competitive strategy service line, Santosh also has strong

experience across industries in the areas of product innovation and lifecycle management, growth

and financial management.

Outside of consulting, Santosh has been a CFO for a private telecom organization where he raised

intermediate level funding and restructured the company for organic growth.

Selected clients include CXO suites of Lucent, Motorola, Cisco, Texas Instruments, AT&T, Embarq,

Verizon, Intel, Cargill, Etisalat and GE

Matthew Marsh, Partner, Advisory, Enterprise Risk Services

Matthew Marsh is co-leader of our US India AERS Advisory Practice and also leads the Technology

Risk area. Currently based out of our Hyderabad office, Matt has over 19 years of extensive

experience in leading and executing challenging risk management advisory engagements, including

the alignment of authoritative sources to actionable implementation and assurance strategies.

Throughout his career, Matt has served a number of our Firms most significant clients including,

Alegent Health, Ameriprise, Berkshire Hathaway, Fiserv, Mutual of Omaha, Nebraska Medical Center,

Target Corp, TCF Financial, TD Ameritrade, and US Bank. A Certified Public Accountant, Matt holds a

Sudeep Krishna, Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Sudeep leads Deloittes Life Sciences team in Deloitte US India, managing a cross functional team of

over 50 Life Sciences consultants. He has over 9 years of experience in the Healthcare and Life

Sciences industry with specific focus on growth, operations and strategic planning.

He has worked on many market entry strategy and market assessment in multiple geographies

including US, India, Japan, Korea, China and South Africa.

He has worked extensively in geographically diverse markets, helping clients identify new avenues for

growth. His areas of focus include new markets and segments, drug distribution and R&D.

Srikanth Narayana Mangalam, Senior Manager, Advisory, Enterprise Risk Services

Srikanth Narayana is a senior manager and leads US India GR&RS (Governance Regulatory and

Risk Strategies) practice. He has over ten years of experience with several large clients in the

financial industry with a focus on order management, compliance, portfolio accounting and data

warehouse applications and their implementation. He provides clients with strategic advice by working

with business personnel to bridge the gap between technology and end-user needs. Prior to joining

Deloitte, Srikanth worked as an independent consultant with a focus on financial and accounting

system implementation and enhancement development. He has subcontracted on numerous projects

with Deloitte.

Mayank Gupta, Senior Manager, Technology Strategy & Architecture

Mayank has extensive experience in consulting with CXOs in IT strategy, technology enabled

business innovation, business process transformation, and enterprise architecture and design. He

has led consulting engagements in Australia, Europe, North America and India and mentored close to

100 projects. Over the last few years, he has worked on multiple strategic initiatives that builds

capabilities for companies to leverage the rapid transformation in the technology landscape in the

world. He has co-authored a book for a management course in Singapore Management University,

presented in prestigious conferences in US, Europe and India and published in BPMJ, JITM and IEEE

Software magazine. He is acknowledged for his contributions in consulting frameworks development

and practical insights from the trenches.

Mayank is an alumnus of IIT, IIM institutes with majors in computer science and S&M at undergrad

and grad levels respectively. He is currently based out of Deloittes Bangalore office.

As part of his community work, Mayank is passionate about child welfare in Bangalore and is working

with NGOs to scale and improve their services to cover a larger set of potential beneficiaries. He

loves to spend time with his family and is an avid follower of health and fitness techniques both

spiritual and physical.
