Important Note:-
• Payouts are based on meeting above targets for individual product groups i.e.
Payout for ESG performance is applicable on meeting ESG target only and similarly
for EUC.
• Minimum 5% of allocated overall quota ( EUC + ESG ) OR INR 5 lacs, whichever is
lower, needs to be achieved through the distribution stock and sell business.
These stock purchases can be made for EUC and ESG from the authorized
distributors Ingram, Iris and Redington.
• Acquisition Customer is defined as Net New Buyer and Dell New User with zero
revenue since 1 November 2013 and is an End User Accounts
• Service Fee Program deal/order will be accounted for attainment and not for
payout
• Products bought from Dell Authorized Distributors will be accounted for
attainment and payout
