WINTER 2020 MAILBAG We celebrated the official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of our new main office at 124 Louie Place off Leestown Road at New Circle Road in Townley Center on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 3:30–7:30. Credit union members, neighbors, radio personalities Mandy and Jimmy from HITS 106.3, and community leaders from Commerce Lexington enjoyed beautiful weather, food, prizes, inflatables, photo booth, rock climbing wall, DJ, and face painting. It was also a great opportunity to commemorate 90 years of educating and serving our members as Lexington's oldest credit union, opening in 1928! Only one credit union in Louisville has been around longer. During our grand opening period, 95 new members came on board. Congratulations to Adell Cook—the winner of the Grand Prize raffle of the UK Prize Pack! She guessed there were 1,562 M&Ms in the jar, and the actual number was 1,600.
