ExecutiveSummary
ThisDeliverableD8.3“DisseminationStrategyandActions(2)”(DSA)servesasanupdateddescriptivedocumentoutlining theoverall projectdissemination strategy, associated actions and related results.ThisnewversionoftheDSAexplainstheactionsthathavealreadybeenundertakentowardsthetargetaudiences for the project, it also details the communication channels and tools used, as wellcontributionsreceivedfromthepartners.
Deliverables and activities included in theMyCorridor DisseminationWork Package (WP8) are alsolistedinthisdocument.WhiletheobjectiveofthedeliverablesperseistodisseminatethefindingsandactivitiesofallWPsthroughouttheMyCorridorprojectcycle,theobjectiveoftheDSAistodefinehow,whenandwhydisseminationhavebeenandwillbeachievedandtoreportalsotheachievedoutcomesaccordingtotheplanset.
The first version of DSAwas delivered at M6 (November 2017) and its update corresponds to thisversionatM18(November2018),whilstitwillbefurtherupdatedatM30(October2019).
ThedocumenthighlightstheresultsachievedbytheprojectunderWP8:inthepastmonths,MyCorridorwaswellpresentedanddisseminated,thankstotheactivesupportandparticipationofallpartners,inseveralinternationaleventsandthiswasofhighrelevancetoenlargethenetworkofstakeholderstheprojectaimsatengaging.ThissameobjectivewasalsoachievedthankstotheorganisationoftwoPan-europeanworkshops.Inparticular,duringthesecondandmostrecentworkshop,thefirstpublicdemoof theMyCorridorappwas launched.Finally, theconstantuseofsocialmedia(TwitterandLinkedIn)helpedalottheMyCorridorprojectinattractingnewfollowers(175atthemomentofthepreparationofthisdocument).
Asofthecontentsofthisdocument,moreinspecific:

1. Introduction
1.1 Purposeofthedocument
ThisdocumentistheupdatedoftheD8.2“DisseminationStrategyandActions”andreportsonthefirstresultsachievedthankstothedisseminationandcommunicationactionsundertakenunderWP8oftheMyCorridorprojectuptoM18(November2018).
1.2 Intendedaudience
Mainaudienceof thisdocumentare theprojectpartners,andat thesametimethedocumentwillbemadepubliclyavailableontheprojectwebsite,underthesection“ProjectLibrary”.
1.3 Interrelations
Disseminationisacross-cuttingactivity,takingandprovidingfeedbackfromallactivitiesoftheproject.Dissemination lead created a draft dissemination strategy and actions, which was in the next steprevisedwiththecoordinatorandotherpartners.Eachprojectpartnerhasatasktobeactivelyinvolvedindisseminatingprojectresultsusingtheprovidedtools.Nevertheless,allpublicactivitiesneedtobeinthefirstplaceplannedandcoordinatedwiththedisseminationlead.
2 Disseminationstrategy
2.1 MyCorridorgeneralanddisseminationobjectives
TheaimoftheMyCorridorprojectistocreatetheconditionsforsustainabletraveloccurringbetweendifferent countries and to connect urban and interurban areas. The central idea is to develop aninnovativeplatform(basedonITSandISTtechnology)andnovelbusinessschemesandrolesthatwillfacilitate “Mobility as a Service” (MaaS) and the inter-modal shift, providing seamless personalisedtravellingforpassengerscrossingborders.
MyCorridorintendsspecificallytoenableaparadigmshiftforcarusers,bydrivingthe“vehicleworld”towardsMaaS starting from the deployment of the TM2.0 concept (http://tm20.org/), setting as thestartingpointthosemobilityservicesrelatedtotheinteractivetrafficmanagementvisionofthe“vehicleworld”.
AfirstsetofkeywordsrelatedtotheprojectwasidentifiedinD8.2andthiswillbefurtherexpandedinorder tocovernewdevelopments.Keywordswillcontinue tobeused inourdisseminationmaterialsand to help us with creating content and social media communications (i.e. Twitter hashtags). AnupdatedlistofkeywordscanbefoundinAnnex1.
The concrete outcome ofMyCorridorwill be a technological and business solution forMobility as aService(MaaS)thatwouldsuccessfully:
• integrateavarietyofmobilityandothertypesofservicesintoamultimodalserviceplatform;• integratepublicandprivatetransportmeans;

• respondto thevarious issuesof interoperabilityandopendatasharing thatare inherent in theMaaSconcept;
• and create a new business model and integrated platform that can be tested throughinterconnectedpilotsacrossEuropeancorridors.
AllMyCorridordisseminationactivitiesso farcarriedoutaimedtoraiseawarenessof theproject (itsaimsandactivities)amongrelevantstakeholdersaswellasendusers.
Theproject’sspecificdisseminationobjectivesarethefollowing:
• disseminatekeyprojectdevelopmentstoexternalactorsandkeystakeholders;• implementandupdatetheproject’sonlinepresence;• developrelevantdisseminationmaterialtoensurecontinuousoutreachoftheprojectoutcomes,
aswellastransferofknowledge;• organisekeyprojectevents(i.e.workshops)andensurecooperationwiththemaininternational
forums,aswellasliaisewithrelatedprojectsandinitiatives;• developanexploitationplan.
TheMyCorridorprojectinvolves17partners:UNEW,CERTH,OSBORNECLARKE,WINGSICT,SWARCOMIZAR,SWARCOHELLAS,CHAPS,HACON,MAPTM,VIVAWALLET,AMCOABEE,TOMTOM,RSM,TTS,UPAT,IRUProjectsandSRFG.
2.2 Rolesandresponsibilities
AsWP8leader,IRUProjectsisresponsibletodelivertheformalstructureandprocessesthatcanfurtherenableaneffectivecommunicationanddisseminationofallknowledgegatheredduringtheprojectaswellastheoutputsitproducesduringitslifetime.
TTS and VivaWallet are directly involved in WP8 and responsible respectively for task A8.1“Dissemination plans andactions” and A8.3 “Exploitation Plans”. However, in order tomaximize theproject’soutput,allprojectpartners,inparticularWorkPackageLeaders(WPL)andTaskLeaders(TL),areconstantlyaskedtocontributetotheimplementationofallDSArelatedactivities.Continuousinputfromallpartnersisthereforerequiredthroughouttheentireprojectperiod.
Projectpartnershavebeen invited toplanand implementconcretecommunicationactivities throughtheirorganisation: tomakesure theproject logoandanews-itemfigureson theirwebsite, that theirorganisationisengagedonsocialmediawiththeproject,thattheydistributeprojectflyers,contributewitheitherwrittenarticlesorideasforcontentforthewebsite,andprovideeventinformation.
Allpartnersreporttheirproject-relatedcommunicationactivities in the filecreated fordisseminationreporting (DisseminationLog) availableon theproject intranet, including informationon events theyattendedandthosetheyareplanningtoattend.
2.3 Keymessages
MyCorridorhasstartedtodefinekeymessages,focusingontheneedto:
• explaintheobjectivesoftheproject(stage1);• keepaudiencesinformedonprojectdevelopments(stage2);

• promotepreliminaryandfinaloutcomesandresults(stage3).
The first MyCorridor project key messages were elaborated by WP8 in close cooperation with theprojectcoordinatorandwith thesupportof task leaderswhohelped tounderline themainaspectofeachtaskoftheproject.
A firstkeymessage,asloganactually,waselaborated for theproject flyer: “MyCorridor…better trips,better life!”,aimedat including ina fewwords thenewconceptof travelling thanks toMaaSand thegeneralaimofimprovingqualityoflifethroughMaaSandanewapproachtotravelling.

FurtherkeymessageswereelaboratedforthefirstversionoftheprojectbrochureduedeliveredinMay2018: the brochure section “What’s behind MyCorridor” explains the whole project through shortmessagesfocusingonthemainandmostinnovativeofMyCorridor.

For this purpose, a specific template titled “Dissemination Log”(availableon theproject file sharingplatformTREVI)was created.The log serves theWP8 leader tocollecttheactivitieswherepartnerspromotetheprojectandtheirimpact.Inaddition,thelogcollectsdisseminationmaterialandrelateddissemination,articlesandscientificpapers.InformationwhichmaybefoundintheDisseminationlogisthefollowing:

3 Visualidentityanddisseminationtools
3.1 Logoandvisualidentity
Thevisualidentityoftheproject,definedbyIRUProjects,wasinspiredbyasetofkeywords:corridor,connection, location, innovation, travel and road. The logo has positive and fresh colours that wouldreflect the innovativeaspect (orange)andthesustainabilityaspectof theproject (green).The logo iscentredontheword“corridor”andincorporatesthepathelement,whichisreflectingbothroadandrailtransport.

Sinceitslaunch,thebasicstructureofthewebsitehasnotbeenmodifiedandthesectionsremainedthesame.However,severalimprovementshavebeenintroduced:
• About:Providesbasic informationabout theproject inaway that iseasy toreadandgivesacontexttoreaderswhomaynotbeveryfamiliarwiththeproject.TheAboutpagewasupdatedwith a new image, better representing the whole concept of the MyCorridor project and itsobjectives(Session“TheProject”).
o Project Library: this iswhere all the public deliverables and presentations from theprojectworkshopsareuploaded.Tobeusedforeasyreferenceforprojectpartnersbutalsousefultootherswhowishtoknowmoreaboutconcreteresultsoftheproject.
o Indexofpublications:accordingtotheMyCorridorOpenAccessstrategy,thisiswereallpublicdeliverablesaremadeavailable.

• Partners: Contains the logos andorganisationnamesof all theprojectpartners. Each logo isclickableandlinkedtothatpartner’swebsite.
• News:Mainlycontainsinformationabouttheprojectprogresses, interviewofprojectpartnersas well as initiative, and participation in European events. Additionally, articles related torelevanttopicsarereported.ThissectionalsocontainsacolumnwhereaTwitterfeedappears.Sofar,11newswerepublishedunderthissection.
• Events:Containsinformationonupcomingevents,bothinternalandexternal.
• Contact: provides contact information through a contact form sent to the DisseminationManager’semail.
After itsrelease, theprojectvideowaspostedon theprojectwebsite to increasevisualisationandtoguaranteethewidestdissemination.
Finally,thewebsitewasupdatedaccordingtotherecentEUregulationsonprivacydatamanagementandcookies.
TheMyCorridorprojectwebsiteisoneofthekeychannelsforinternalandexternalcommunicationandwhere all disseminationmaterials will be published. The website is developed underWP8 andwillmainly involves IRU Projects and TTS Italia. However, especially as regards the public contents, thesupportofallprojectpartnerscontinuestoberequired.
The website traffic is monitored using Google Analytics and a specialised dashboard which helpsassessingthekeyindicatorsfortheproject:

IRUProjects,withthesupportofTTSItalia,willproducetwodifferentvideosduringtheprojectlifetime.A first video was already produced and delivered in January 2018. Even if this first video was notexplicitlylistedamongtheprojectdeliverables,WP8,inagreementwiththeprojectmanagementteam,decidedthatitwasimportanttoaddsinceanearlystageoftheprojectthisvisualtoolfordissemination,abletoresumetheprojectscopeinaquickandfunnyway.
The firstvideo isshortanimationlasting2.24min.explaining theMyCorridorprojectand itsconcept.The animation serves as an illustration ofwhat the project is about in a simple and straightforwardmanner,throughastory:

OneofthemainstrategyelaboratedundertheMyCorridorprojectfortheengagementofstakeholdersisthe creationof theUserForum.Theproject keepsup-to-date theUserForum, composedby InterestGroups, which now counts 180 entries, from transport and related service providers, authorities,research organisations and other project partners.TheUser Forum also represents the basis for theMyCorridordatabase of contacts. These contacts are informed of the project and are also given thepossibilitytofollowtheprojectbysubscribingtotheprojectnewsletter.
Asanticipatedinthesection2.4ofthisdocument,themainstakeholders’categoriesofinterestfortheMyCorridorprojectare:
• industry;• researchcommunitiesandcentres;• serviceproviders;• e-ticketingande-paymentserviceproviders;• MaaSaggregatorsandlocalnodes;• InterestGroups• authorities/municipalities;• alltravellers.

MyCorridor established since the very beginning a collaborationwith other relevantH2020 projectswhichsharecommonobjectivesand/orconcepts,mainlytheMaaSone.

Thecollaborationwasespeciallysetwiththetwofollowingprojects:
• IMove-www.imove-project.eu;• MaaS4EU-www.maas4eu.eu.
More in details, direct contact has already been establishedwith IMove andMaaS4EU and a propercollaborationwasdefined,basedoncommonpressreleases,clustermeetingsonrelevantandcommontopicsandknowledgeexchange.Periodicalcallconferencesandfacetofacemeetingareproperlyorganisedbetweenthethreeprojectcoordinators,alsoinvolvingrelevantpartnersoftheconsortiumwhenneeded.Sincethebeginningoftheprojects,twoclustermeetingwereorganised:• 6thFebruary2018,inLondon;• 15thNovember2018,inRome.
BothclustermeetingswereorganisedadaybeforetheMyCorridorPan-Europeanworkshopinordertoensureandmaximisesynergies,andwiththeaimtodefineastateoftheartofthecooperationandtodecidethenextsteps.At the first cluster meeting the project partners agreed to align communication and disseminationactivitiesandexplorethepotentialcooperationonotherfields.TheclusterofMaaSprojectsfurthercontinuedthediscussionattheITSWorldcongressinCopenhagenon 19th of September 2018, where the projects presented an overview of advancements of theirdevelopmentsandpilotsdeployments.ThespeakersfromallthreeprojectsexploredthealignmentofMaaSdeploymentwiththeregulationsonmultimodalpassengerrights.
4.3 Scientific/Technicalpublicationsandpapers
MyCorridor will publish at least 9 papers on scientific/technical journals, divided as follows: 3publicationsduringthesecondyearoftheproject;6publicationsduringthethirdyearoftheproject.
Publications will focus on relevant project aspects and milestones and will also made available onMyCorridorwebsite.Allpublicationswillbemarkedupwiththefollowingtext:

TheMyCorridor project attended andwas involved in an activeway in several international events.Also,MyCorridororganisedtwoPan-europeanworkshops.Workshops1stworkshop–February2018The first European workshop (in a series of three) was organised on the 9th of February 2018 tointroduceMyCorridortoawideraudienceandapproachthechallengesofimplementingMaaSfromthelegal,governmentalandresearchperspectives.Morethan50stakeholdersattended.
Hostedby theUK-based legalpracticeOsborneClarkeLLP, oneof theprojectpartner, theworkshopopenedwithashortanimation illustrating theMyCorridorproject’sobjectives.The firstkeynotewasgivenbyChristopher Irwin,Memberof theEuropeanPassengers’Federation(EPF)Council.Mr. IrwinofferedaclearoverviewofMaaSandexplainedtheaddedvalueoftheproject.ChristopherIrwin,MemberoftheEuropeanPassengers’Federation(EPF)Council.OtherworkshopspeakersincludedIvoCré,DeputyDirectoratPOLISNetworkwholookedattheroleoflocalgovernmentsindevelopingMaaS,concludingthattheinvolvementoflocalauthoritiesisstillverylimited.He agreedwith theprevious speaker that there are risks indevelopingapurely commercialapproachtoMaaS.
JeremyGodleyandMarie-ClaireSmithfromOsborneClarkeLLP,summarisedthemainlegalissuesforMaaS stakeholders, such as market access, payment regulation, competition law, contractual issues,liability andpublicprocurement amongst others.Theyhighlighted the importanceofdataprotectionandprivacyforMyCorridorandMaaSingeneral,especiallyinviewoftheEUGeneralDataProtectionRegulation(GDPR)thatcameintoforcethisupcomingMay(2018).MyCorridortechnicalcoordinatorsfromtheHellenicInstituteofTransportofCentreforResearchandTechnology Hellas – (CERTH/HIT) outlined the project’s vision, objectives and implementationapproach.Theinteractivesessiontowardstheendoftheworkshopwasanexcellentwaytosurveytheparticipantsontheirviewsregardingneedsandpriorities,policy,marketandotherissuesrelevantto

theproject’ssuccess.ThesetofuniqueaudienceinsightsfromthesessioncanbeobtainedbymembersoftheMyCorridorInterestGroup.JointheInterestGroup.
RobertoPalacin,ProjectCoordinatorandSeniorResearcherattheUniversityofNewcastle,closedtheworkshopandexpressedhisoptimismabout the futureofmobility,withprojectssuchasMyCorridorpotentiallypavingthewayforabetter,easierandmoreinclusiveMaaS.
Theworkshopwascharacterisedbyaninteractivesessionaswellasapost-workshopon-linesurvey.The interactive session, moderated by CERTH/HIT, managed through Mentimeter tool(https://www.mentimeter.com/)addressedfourkeytopics,namelyMaaS&publicsector,MyCorridorUseCases,BusinessModelsandTowardsaEuro-Mobilityticket.
With the post-workshop on-line survey, participants were asked to evaluate the workshop overall.About20participantscompletedthepost-workshopon-linesurvey:theworkshopwasconsideredtobeusefulandparticipantsbelievetheMyCorridorprojectisontherightpathtowardsachievingitsgoalsandtowardscontributingtoMaaSvision.

The 2ndMyCorridorworkshopwas held inRome on 16th of November and involvedmore than40participants from the industry (transport and mobility service providers), research, authorities andassociations.: Urbanand intercity transport service providers are facing an unprecedentedparadigmshift in the legal, social and technological normsguiding the transport industry, leading to a greateremphasis onmultimodal ‘Mobility asa Service’ (MaaS) conceptsand ‘one-stop-shop’mobile appandplatforms.TheeventfocusedonhowmobilityserviceproviderscanjointheMyCorridorMaaSplatform.Togetherwithexternalexpertstheworkshoptriedtoanswerhowshouldtransportserviceprovidersmakeuseofthelatesttechnologyandbusinessmodelsinordertoremaincompetitive?
TheWorkshop looked at the current social, business, legal, and technical environment forMaaS andprovide a sneakpeekatprogresson theEU-fundedandMaaS-enabledMyCorridorplatformwhich iscurrentlyunderdevelopment.
Workshopsessions includedtwomainkeynotespeakers:MyCorridorpartnerSWARCOpresentedtheroleofTrafficManagement(TM)2.0 inMaaSanditsevolution intoTM2.1;MyCorridorlegalpartnerOsborne Clarke discussed GDPR and other general legal implications and exploring a case ofcompetitionlaw(mergerofcar2goandDriveNow)thatmightresultinamorefavourableground(openAPIrequirement)forthedevelopmentofMaaSsolutions.

TheworkshopwastheoccasionforthefirstpublicdemoofMyCorridorMaaSapp,thatwillbetestedfirst internally (beginning of 2019) and later alsowith broader public (mid 2019), doing real travelbetweenGreece,Italy,Austria,Czechrep,GermanyandTheNetherlands.
Finally,theaudiencewasactivelyinvolvedintheInteractivesessionwithexpertsOktayTüretkenandPaul Grefen from the Department of Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences of TechnicalUniversity of Eindhoven using the business model radar approach to define the potential businessmodelofMyCorridorMaaSdefiningthevaluepropositionforvarioususers.

FocusGroups
AFocusGroupwithserviceproviders(internalandexternaltotheConsortium)wasconductedinRomeon12thofJuly2018,bySWARCOMIZARwiththeattendanceandsupportoftheServiceRegistrationTooldevelopmentteam(CERTH/ITI).ThewholeworkshopwasorganizedwithserviceproviderswithMyCorridorproject,ServiceRegistrationToolandbusinessmodellingpresentations.Thelatterinvolvesthebusinessmodelsforattractingserviceprovidersaswellasidentifyingtheaddedvalue(i.e.primaryvalue propositions) for services providers to become members of the MyCorridor community andbusinessMaaSplatform.
AdetaileddescriptionofthisfirstFocusGroupiscontainedinD6.1“Pilotsplansframeworkandtools”.Atleasttwofocusgroupswillbeorganisedbytheendof2018withtravellers(Greece)toinvestigatedesignissuesandprioritiesfortheMyCorridorplatform(mobileapplication)basedonthecurrent.

MyCorridor project partners have participated in several workshops, conferences, and exhibitionsrelatedtotheprojectissuesinordertoraiseawarenessabouttheprojectgoalsandresultsaswellastoestablishanetworkwithalwaysnewexternalstakeholderaswellassimilarEuropeanprojects.
IRU Projects collects inputs from thepartners about conferences and exhibitions to identify relevanteventsandcontinuouslycoordinatestheattendanceofprojectpartnersinclosecollaborationwiththeprojectmanagement team.Also, partners informWP8 leaderabout theirparticipation in local eventsandofanyrelevantmeetingwithstakeholdersand/orfinalusers.
It isexpectedtoparticipateto5eventsduringthesecondyearoftheproject;andto12eventsduringthethirdyearoftheproject.Inbothcases,presentationswere/willbegivenonrelevanttopics.

The project is also organizing Co-design andparticipatory focus groups. The first one –with serviceproviders – was organised by SWARCO in Rome on 12th of July. 4.5 CooperationwithMaaSAlliance&TM2.0platform
Asoneof the foundingmembers, IRU represents theMyCorridorproject in theMaaSAlliance. IRU isfollowingalloftheworkinggroups,andinparticularusersandrulesandthetechnicalworkinggroup,providinginputfromprojectwork,andaligningprojectdevelopmentwiththeguidelinesdevelopedinthe MaaS Alliance. Project progress was discussed at several occasions (e.g. MaaS Alliance plenarymeetings and working group meetings), and the main outcome of the alignment efforts is the

endorsement of MaaS API, a common API format guideline developed by the MaaS Alliance andpublishedathttp://maas.guide.Atthe15thNovember2018clustermeetinginRome,bothMyCorridorandIMOVEprojectagreedtopubliclyannouncetheendorsementoftheMaaSAPIandthustheintentiontoexplorepotentialimplementationintheirtechnicalsolutions.MyCorridorestablishedsincetheverybeginningacollaborationwiththeTM2.0platformwiththeaimtoworktogetherontheimplementationoftheTM2.0conceptintheMaaSplatformandhowtheTM2.0couldbeevolvebring“InteractiveTrafficManagement”inthemultimodalenvironment(TM2.1).A specific Task Force on TM 2.0 – MaaS has been established in order to develop smart mobilitysolutions between traffic management and MaaS. The TF is started in November 2018 and workstowardsdefiningthefunctionalitiesofTM2.0(influencing&informingontraffic)andhowtheseenableMaaS services.MyCorridorprojectwill beused asUseCase to “proof of concept”. ThisTaskForce iscarriedoutwiththesupportofMaaSAlliance.

ThedisseminationapproachoftheMyCorridorprojectcomplieswiththe“GuidelinesonOpenAccesstoScientificPublicationsandResearchDatainHorizon2020”,publishedbytheEuropeanCommissionandthearticle29.2of theModelGrantAgreement forH2020projects, thusensuringopenaccess(freeofcharge,onlineaccessforanyuser)toallpeer-reviewedscientificpublicationsrelatingtoitsresults.
In thisway, results of publicly funded research canbedisseminatedmorebroadly and faster, to thebenefitofresearchers, innovativeindustryandcitizens.OpenaccesscanfurtherboostthevisibilityofEuropean research, and in particular offer small andmedium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access to thelatestresearchforutilization.
Moreover,alltheMyCorridorpublicdeliverablesareavailableonthewebsiteprojectLibrary,togetherwith othermaterials such aspresentations and photos fromworkshops and events.A furtherpublicOpenAccessrepositoryisunderfinalisationandwillbeputinplacebytheendoftheyear2018.
Alltheconfidentialdatasuchasinternalworkshops,projectmemoranda,etc.aresharedandverifiedbyall partners to be used in non-confidential data / information / outcome andmadeavailable on theinternaldocumentsharingplatformTREVI.

8 Nextsteps
TheMyCorridorprojectisnowenteringitsmainandmostrelevantphaseandthefirstroundofpilotisabouttostar(early2019).ThiswillbereflectedalsoonthedisseminationandcommunicationactivitiesundertakenunderWP8:
• participationinEuropeanandinternationalleveltofurtherariseawarenessaboutMyCorridor,itsappandthefirstroundofpilots;
• endorsementofMaaSAPIanduseofitslogowillbedonetogetherwithclusterprojectsandtheMaaSAlliance;
