Because Every Heart Deserves a Second Chance Delhi Hospital's Cardiac Rehab Program

is dedicated to mending broken hearts.

We provide patients with

compassionate care that will support

them as they make vital lifestyle

changes to promote optimal heart

health...because every heart deserves a

second chance. Our Cardiac Rehab

facility has exercise tools to strengthen

your heart, as well as, expert resources

to help prevent future heart problems

in the future. By following through with

cardiac rehabilitation, patients can

reduce their risk of developing future

heart problems while also promoting an

overall sense of well-being. Graduates

of the cardiac rehab program have

access to a lifetime membership to our

Cardiac Rehab facility to continue and

maintain their healthy

lifestyle. Membership is only $10/

month with $0 due at signing for rehab

graduates!
