Accessing Delegated Admin Tool
• To access the Delegated Admin Tool, the user must first logon to the Honeywell Supplier Portal.
• Once authentication has completed, the user may access the Delegated Admin Tool by selecting the hyper-text link under Quick Links. Refer to the image on the next page.

Delegated Admin Tool: Edit User Profile
• To edit a user profile, you must have been setup as a supplier administrator.
• From the search tab, select User in the Search For drop-down list (by default this is already selected). If you expect a small number of users then select Search push-button. If there is a large set of users then you may first want to enter search criteria. Refer to the image on the next page.

• From the search result set, select the user you want to edit.
• Select the edit icon ( ). If you do not have an edit icon then the view icon ( ) will display in it’s place. If this happens then you do not have sufficient permissions in which to edit this user profile.
• A pop-up window will display containing three tabs. The tabs are marked as Edit User Profile, Edit User Groups, and Change Password. Refer to the image on the next page.

• From the Edit User Profile tab, you can update the attributes associated to the user.
• The User Name and Company are not available for update.
• Although the application will allow update to email address it is not recommended. If the user has a new email address it is recommended that you delete the user and then re-add with the new email address as the User Name.
• Enter the values you desire to update and select the Update push-button to complete the update request.

• From the Edit User Groups tab, you can remove and add user groups associated to the user. Refer to the image below.
• At least one user group must be associated to a user at all times.

• To add a group to the user, select the image icon to open a window in which to search and select a user group. Refer to the image below.

• Select the group or groups in which you want to assign to the user by selecting the appropriate Add check box and then the Assign push-button. Refer to the image below.

• The group or groups that you have selected will then display. Select the Update push-button to complete the update. Refer to the image below.
• A confirmation message will then display when the update has completed.

• To remove a group associated to the user, select the group and the delete icon. Refer to the image below.

• The group or groups that you have selected to remove will then be removed from the display. Select the Update push-button to complete the update. Refer to the image below.

• From the Change Password tab, you can update the user password. Enter the new password in both fields and select the Update push-button, refer to image below:
