DELAWARE TECHNICAL & COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND WIDENER UNIVERSITY ASSOCIATE IN APPLlED SCIENCE IN HOSPIT ALlTY MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY To BACHELOR OF SCIENCE lN HOSPJT ALlTY MANAGEMENT Delaware Technical & Community College and Widener University have agreed to a correlation of their programs for students in the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Hospitality Management Technology at Delaware Technical & Community College who wish to complete the Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management at Widener University. A student who satisfactorily completes the requirements of the Associate in Applied Science Degree at Delaware Technical & Community College and adheres to the terms of this agreement will be granted junior status and may complete the Widener requirements for the Bachelor Degree within four regular semesters as a full time student. The following terms and conditions shall apply: I. The student must achieve a minimum grade point average of 2.0. 2. The student must meet deadline dates for application, payment of fees, etc., that would normally apply to other new transfer students at Widener. 3. The student shall choose the recommended elective courses and course sequences as agreed to on the attached courses equivalence sheet. If any of the above terms and conditions are not met, Widener University shall determine appropriate transfer of credit on an individual basis. A student who wishes to transfer to Widener University prior to qualifying for the Associate Degree at Delaware Technical & Community College must submit their transcript for evaluation on a course to course basis by Widener University and meet the general transfer admissions requirements. A student is not required to take the course in the same order as it appears in the course equivalence sheet, though the student should make changes only after conSUlting with an advisor. Both institutions at any time may initiate changes to this articulation agreement. a good faith effort to honor the articulation agreement in effect at the time a student is admitted to the Hospitality Management Technology Associate Degree Program.

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either Widener University or Delaware Technical & Community College by written notice ninety days in advance of the effective date of termination. It is understood that any termination will not apply to students who have already started the Associate in Applied Science Degree program in Hospitality Management Technology at Delaware Technical & Community College or the Bachelor Degree program at Widener University.
