Our new volunteer: Mohsen has Delahey in “site” Mohsen was born in Isfasan, Iran and moved to Australia in September 2013. He lives with his younger brother, the remainder of the family still in Iran. Mohsen speaks several languages: Kurdish Southern (Feyli), Persian and English. He obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering specialising in System Analysis and Planning. Mohsen has a dream for a better world, “I think my life as a human has its real meaning when I use my talents to learn sciences, for example, physics, mathematics, chemistry, or even human sciences like social sciences (such as Psychology). And use all the knowledge that I learn to build an advanced world that is full of peace, welfare and comforts for all humans in the world without regard to their religion or their nationalities. In that case when I become an aged person I honour myself for what I did and smile to life and reward a world full of good things for the next generation. This is my dream.” Mohsen loves to read and keep fit and is passionate about helping people and sharing his knowledge with the community. Mohsen is updating the Delahey Community Centre website and is keen to help Neighbourhood Houses.
