DeKalb County, GA, April 4 - Two ethics complaints were filed Thursday with the DeKalb County Ethics Board against District 1 Commissioner, Elaine Boyer and her Chief of Staff, Bob Lundsten.Thomas Owens from Atlanta and Joseph Newton from Norcross filed the ethics complaints. Joel Edwards of Restore DeKalb and Viola Davis of the DeKalb Unhappy Taxpayer and Voter group showed their backing of the complaints by adding their signatures.
