DEHA - Hydrazine Replacement Boiler Water Oxygen Scavenger

DEHA - Accepta offer two DEHA products, Accepta 2061 and Accepta 2323. Both are high performance DEHA based

novel oxygen scavengersdeveloped specifically for a range of demanding boiler water treatment applications.

Acceptas DEHA products have been developed to give outstanding protection from oxygen corrosion together withexcellent feed-water and boiler system passivation. They can be used as a direct replacement for hydrazine.

Both Accepta 2061 and Accepta 2323 can be used as a replacement for hydrazinein any boiler up to 125 bar without the associated safety hazards and handlingprecautions. The products are volatile and alkaline, contributing no dissolved solidsor ammonia to the system, and can be fed into feed-waters used for sprayattemperation.

Please note that neither Accepta 2061 or Accepta 2323 are suitable for use withhighly oxygenated feed-waters, as a minimum feed temperature of 85oC is essentialand deaeration is preferred. For further assistance on suitable product selectionplease contact Accepta.

Accepta 2061 and Accepta 2323 are highly effective as corrosion inhibitors forclosed systems where minimal addition to the non-volatile dissolved solids in thesystem water is necessary due to high operating temperatures and pressures, or tooperational conductivity restrictions.
