“A leader is a person who inspires others to action and guides their undertakings.”

“Leaders are working within a group to mobilize its resources to reach a commonly shared goal.”

“A leader creates a vision for others then directs them toward achieving that vision.

“A leader is one who can see the consequences of his/her actions further than his/her peers.”
