A trademark is a distinctive sing or indicator used to show that a product or idea has been copyrighted. This is often a companies logo that identifies the trademark. Basically states that it had originated from a unique source

Plagiarism is when an individual has used an idea or product that they do not have the rights to use. This means that they have infringed on a copyright because they stole the idea
