primary household enter course requests to avoid confusion.

Example:All freshmen will select Freshman Advisory either from the “Non-credit” or “Fine Arts” category.
-
Course Placement
● Required courses with designated course placements: Physics, Mathematics, English.
● When you see a course listed in the academic plan with a lock next to the course title, this indicates the recommended course placement (standard, survey, honors).
-
Course Placement Scenarios
If you agree with the course recommendation AND a specific course is listed, such as “Spanish II,” you do not need to do anything else.
If you agree with the course placement AND a general course placement is listed, such as “Any Standard Freshman English,” you will follow this guidance to select Freshman English or Perspectives: World Literature.
-
If you would like to change the course placement (standard, survey, honors) for a
different course, email the academic department chair directly (not the 8th grade teacher). Families are not able to unlock a
course placement in Infinite Campus.
