Deep-freezers are intended for agribusiness professionals to quickly deep-freeze (core temperature -18°C) food products on trays. Once deep-frozen, the products are stored in freezing wickets (-18°C). Deep-freezers are designed for treated products that have no frost and keep their original taste. Mass production can increase productivity. Stocks are optimally managed allowing clients to meet their demand in case of last minute orders.

Hengel’s deep-freezers and storage cabinets are divided into two ranges: STANDARD RANGE (modular, possibility to add storage compartments at a later stage)

� 2 trays 400 x 600 mm per level: RS range, deep-freezing capacity of 50 kg � 1 tray 400 x 600 mm per level: CS range, deep-freezing capacity of 25 kg

BASIC RANGE (non modular)

� 2 trays 400 x 600 mm per level: MAJOR DUO 2, QUATTRO 2 range, deep-freezing capacity of 20 kg � 1 tray 400 x 600 mm per level: DUO 2, QUATTRO 2 range, deep-freezing capacity of 12 kg

The entry of trays is in 400 mm for single trays and 600 mm for double trays.
