1. The SECOND PARTY shall pay the total amount of twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) to the FIRST PARTY representing the compensation for the damages incurred by the motor vehicle of the FIRST PARTY, his hospitalization and medicine expenses and lost earnings;

2. The SECOND PARTY shall pay the said amount of P20,000.00 within

three months from the execution of this agreement; that said P20,000.00 shall be paid in three monthly installments in equal amount every end of the month starting October 30, 2011;

3. That the motor vehicle of the SECOND PARTY shall be temporarily

impounded at the Jaro PNP Station until such time that he shall be able to pay in full the amount of P20,000.00;

4. That if the SECOND PARTY complies with his obligation above-stated

then the FIRST PARTY shall desist from filing criminal or civil cases against the SECOND PARTY;
