For and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), Philippine currency, to in hand paid by JOSEPHINE CRUZ ANGELES, Filipino citizen, married to Resty DG. Angeles, of legal age, and resident of Kalsadang Putol, Niyugan, Jaen, Nueva Ecija do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said JOSEPHINE CRUZ ANGELES, her heirs and assigns, that certain parcel of land together with the buildings and improvements thereon measuring ___________________________ SQUARE METERS (_____ SQ. M.), situated in the Municipality of Jaen, Province of Nueva Ecija and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 11, Psd-03-047799 (OLT); on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 3, Psd-03-047799 (OLT); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 7, Psd-03-047799 (OLT); on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 9, Psd-03-047799(OLT); on the SE., along line 5-1 by Lot 12, Psd-03-047799 (OLT). Containing an area of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Six (1, 956) Square Meters

of which I am the registered owner of the Seven Hundred Seventy One Square Meters (771 SQ.M.) in fee simple in accordance with the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver of Share dated March 31, 2011 and validly notarized as Doc No. 289, Page No. 59, Book No. XIII, Series of 2011.

It is hereby mutually agreed that the vendee shall bear all the expenses for the execution and registration of this deed of sale.
