Robo-calls or voice broadcasting is illegal. It is fully automated and non-human. Consumers have no interaction with a live agent because there isn't one. Also the consumer has no control of the call except to hang up. Our avatar based system uses live agents with voice recognition back up to make calls, listen to consumers and transcribe and segment multiple responses which are then displayed as text on the screen. This allows each agent to decide how to interact with each individual consumer. Even the voice recognition back up, will pause and listen if the consumer speaks.

Typical avatars, or prerecorded agent assistance systems, only allows agents to listen to one or two customers at a time. Our system transcribes the consumer responses, allowing the agents to manage and respond to many customers simultaneously. If the agent needs to verbally respond to multiple customers at once, the back up system will assist with prerecorded responses.

Automatic telephone dialing systems are illegal to cell phones, but not to land lines. Manual dialing is legal to either. Our system dials using live agents with much higher capacity. It does not generate numbers to dial. The clients and agents can change the settings daily, for each agent, or audience, or campaign.
