Does The Ho Chi Minh City police protect criminals? Mr. Hau Tran Thanh has been doing, illegal things together with his wife Ms. Su and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment. It means nothing different that they had been doing crime. It means they had been doing criminal acts to a foreigner and investor. That’s what the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court has found out after months. But how it comes or it can be? The German investor Mr. Grimm Heiko who was cheated by them had sent a lot of complains to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment as well the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department within the last 2 years. The first complain he had sent was at August 2013 but both of the Vietnamese authorities was not care and they didn’t does anything. Does for the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment as well the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department be valid a different law? Does they do not know the Vietnamese law? ...............
