From the Church Office…

Lost and Found...The Lost and Found bin is overflowing. Please check to see if anything belongs to you. If it does, please take it home with you when you leave today. Anything left in the bin on January 29 will either be tossed or taken (depending on the condition) to the Goodwill on Monday, January 30.

Church Directory Updates...Is your information up-to-date with the church office? Mailing Addresses, Email Addresses, Phone Number, Cell Number. Call or email the church office with your updates. And I do check the information changes, if placed, on the weekly Tear-Off Attendance sheet that is dropped into the collection plate.

Take One Stand...The Take One stand has flyers for each one of our ministries. Also at the stand, are copies of the church directory and community information, when available. Take one of the ministry flyers and use it to invite a friend to our church home.

Online...Check out our website at shcn.org and “Like” our Facebook page. Both online services are full of information of the happenings going on here at SHCN. Need help navigating the website or have any questions, call the church office. Questions or posts for the Facebook page, see Justin Czech.

Shut-ins...I have quite a few shut-ins that I mail the bulletin, prayer list, and other pertinent information to on a weekly basis. If know of anyone that needs to be added to the shut-in list, call the church office.

Volunteers...Additional volunteers are needed to help prepare the communion each month. It only requires an hour or so of your time. Training is free and easy! Call the church office to sign up.

Women’s Evening Bible Study…

Ladies, its not too late to join us! We will

Breakfast with the Guys Breakfast with the Guys will be this Thursday, January 5,

7:00 AM at Panera Bread–South Park Shops. All Guys are welcome. Bring a friend!

Children’s Mission Project–Malaria Day

You are invited to help the SHCN children raise money to treat

children with malaria in Burkina Faso. Stay after Sunday School on

Sunday, January 22 for lunch in the Fellowship Hall and to learn all

about malaria and Burkina Faso. More information to come!

Children’s Ministry…

Pre-School/Kindergarten Volunteers Needed… Two volunteers are needed to be a helper in the preschool/kindergarten class during the Sunday School hour one time per month. If you are interested in helping with this ministry please contact Nancy Clements or Hannah Baird. CARAVAN Please join us for Caravan! This is a Christian Scouting Pro-gram for kids that meets Wednesdays 6:45-8:15 pm for ages 4yrs-6th grade. Registration forms are available at the Take One Stand in the foyer or at the church office. For more information, please see Pastor Ryan or Hannah Baird.

The Winter DivorceCare

sessions meet Thursdays, 7PM
