MAIN CHARACTERISTICS-Is a type of forest located in: Canada, east and west of
the United States, Japan, Europe, China, Korea and European Russia. (In green the zones of the deciduous forest).
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS- Is differentiated of other forests because the
trees lost their leaves in all the winter seasons.
- It is composed mainly by deciduous trees.
CLIMATE- Regions of rainy climate. Abundant
precipitations.- With warm summers and cold winters.
CLIMATE- The average of temperature of the coldest
season is between minus five and ten degrees.
- There are humidity all the year.
FLORA AND FAUNA FLORA- Composed by deciduous trees;

ENDANGERED SPECIES-Because of the lost of habitats of wetlands,
the yellow-bellied toad (Bombina pachypus) is endangered in the deciduous forests of Europe.
