That being said, he goes on to define how we go about changing old habits and acquiring new ones that will serve us well. If we chose to focus on the fundamental emotion of happiness and then we attempt to apply this habit of happiness to real estate, some people might think we have created a challenge, due to today’s market. Not so. There is a lot of good news, if we make it a habit to look for it. There have been untold opportunities taken advantage of by first-time homebuyers (some with 100% loans), investors are able to purchase rental properties to use for passive income for their retirement, young people are able to move up to a luxury home they could not afford in the past pricing bubble, many homeowners are refinancing at unheard of rates (below 4% fixed interest), some clients who have had to go

Mortgage Rates Are At An ALL-Time Low…AGAIN!

The time to refinance or purchase a home is NOW! If reducing your monthly mortgage

payment or going from a 30-year to a 15-year loan makes sense, do it now! Or, if you found that dream home, don’t wait, get into it at today’s low rate. In October Freddie Mac reported rates on a 30-year loan dropped to 3.37%. That became the lowest long-term mortgage rate since the 1950’s. Since then we have seen rates bounce up a bit, so the big question is can or will they go lower?
