I Am Soooooo Excited! I love the hustle...and the bustle of December! Not only is it a wonderful time of year to reconnect with Friends and Family but it is an incredible time to build your MK Business! The month of December holds a special place in my heart when it comes to Mary Kay.

17 years ago this month, I went on-target for my very 1st Mary Kay Car! It was December 1994 and I had only been in Mary Kay for 4 months. I REALLY wanted to become a Mk Director and drive an MK Car so I decided that this would be THE month for me to "MAKE A MOVE" up the Career Ladder. So I started at the place anyone should start if they have a BIG goal that they want to achieve. Where is that place??? It's on the Datebook! I made a decision to book 10 MK Parties in one week! 7 held and I recruited 5 Team Members. One of those New Team Members was Former Sr. Director Jenny Curry. Who would have realized that my one decision to have a full datebook in December 1994 would have had such an impact on my MK busi-ness over the past 17 years. As many of you know , we have had the privi-lege in October of welcoming into our Magic Maker unit Jenny's incredible unit . . . What if I had NOT made the decision to make December count in my business all those years ago? Many of you reading this may not have ever be-come MK consultants without those 10 parties that I booked in December 1994. My question to you . . . HOW WILL YOU MAKE THIS DECEMBER COUNT FOR YOU? Will this be the month that you go on-target for your car? Will this be the month that you find your first Offspring Director like I

found Jenny? Will this be the month that YOU will be writing about 17 years from now as you share your own MK Journey? IT ALL STARTS WITH A FULL DATEBOOK! Whether your datebook is filled with MK Parties, Facials, Holiday Sales appointments or Team Building Interviews...it doesn't matter. It only matters that you realize that DECEMBER could be a MAJOR month in your MK Business. Don't make the mistake that so many Consultants make by putting off to the first of the year what could be done this month. Are you really busy? Great it means you will be seeing more people! Our Seminar 2012 Goal for this year is to Debut 13 New Directors from our Magic Maker Unit and to have a total of 500 Unit members June 30th 2012. When we do this...we will be making Mary Kay History! WV'S FIRST MILLION $ UNIT AND POSSIBLY . . . #1 UNIT IN THE WORLD! Can you stand it?......my stomach just did a flip flop as I typed it! Maybe She Needs Me!

It had been a long day! I was finishing a task,

And as I hurried past her a little voice said, “Ask!”

“Oh, not today!”, I told myself, I’m tired and it shows.

Besides, I might look foolish . . . and she’d likely just say “No!”

While drifting off to sleep that night, I saw her face again.
