Special Projects I have been active
I have worked on testing of high precision thermal sensors IPs. Primarily my
responsibility was to test manually those IPs ,later I have automated all Lab
equipment with python language and compare the automation result with manual
testing.I have verified the IP transistor level schematic and found the reason for
getting wrong bandgap reference circuit curve. Later I have debug the IP board and
found the reason for leakage current. I have also designed bandgap reference
circuit along with startup circuit. Now I am actively working on ring oscillator
circuit design.
Impact of New Technology over my project
I have worked on SI! "# nm technology which is latest breakthrough in
semiconductor industry. $ith smaller power supply and little headroom, it makes
the I!s more compact and reliable to transfer other nodes of technology. It has
created a nice feather also in my resume.
History of company
Palma !ia Semi %esign was founded in "&'" to develop a library of low(power,
high(performance analog and )* intellectual property +IP for use in mi-ed(signal
S!s. P!S have many notable client , for e-ample /oshiba, L0, Neurocom whom
they are delivering ne-t generation advanced 1nalog /o %igital converter blocks,

PLLs, L%s and many more. /hey have their own product which is reusable high
precision thermal sensors. Primarily it was self funded company, letter it started
revenues from those mentioned company.
Cultural influence
P!S has diverse culture in its team. People from all around the globe are working
in this company. /here are equal proportionate of Indian and !hinese people.
anagement team consists of 1merican and e-ican. /hey have headquartered in
!alifornia and design house in c2inney, /e-as. In office we used to celebrate
different culture events like 3alloween party, thanksgiving ceremony and
!hristmas dinner. anagement has very strong influence to keep the culture of the
organi4ation in its modest level.
Employers-Employee relation
1s I am working in research and %evelopment team, it has high e-perienced '5
people, who maintain very good relation among each other. anagement lead r.
6im flowers used to throw company lunch party in every *riday and discussed any
of short grievances of employee. /echnical lead r. 1lan 3olden is also very
approachable to discuss any of the technical issues. So in nutshell the good relation
among employee and employer makes it fastest growing organi4ation.

employee ./hey are utili4ing their human resources pretty effectively by assigning
work level in e-pertise level. So it8s pretty easy for particular employee to
complete their task.
In!ustry tren!s an! competitors
P!S is an 1nalog IP %evelopment company, so their primarily concerns are selling
advanced IP product which are low power and high performance. Primarily they
are the IP selling company mostly focused on )* transreceivers, pipelined, sigma
delta and S1) 1%!. /hey are now focusing also to bring their own product like
thermal sensors, high accuracy low phase noise PLL, L% into the market.
Synopsys, a-im integrated are their main competitors in analog IP development.

$rgani#ation an! %iscipline
1s a small company with 9"& employee P!S is constantly growing and try to
remain so with company8s own moral and discipline. 3ere every employee en7oy
their fle-ible work routine but regular attendance is being encouraged rather than
work from home. :very employee has their own cubicle and encouraged to discuss
with other group in conference room. *or rigorous analog design meeting, every
room has own white board where employees are instructed to use rather than
verbal chatting.

The wor& of my team an! overall impact on company wor&
1s I am working with a small si4e design team who are solemnly responsible for
company IP growth, I can claim my responsibility was vital in testing and
evaluating e-isting product. I am responsible to test IP before launching into
market and successfully find the ma7or issue in product. 1fter rigorous testing we
have concluded the test plan and design team is assigned new work to improve the
architecture of the IP. In this way my work along with efficient supervision , put
