The final application of the waterproofing is currently being done on Stack 7 and the glass will begin to be installed on June 24 th . Both Stacks will be opened for your 4 th of July enjoyment. Stack 9 When the newsletter went to print, the schedule was to have the railings on this Stack corrected on Saturday, June 25 th , weather permitting. Once the adjustments are made, the railings will be ready to be re-installed. Once they are re-installed, CSI will waterproof the core hole pockets. Once that is finished they will continue to put the final coat of waterproofing on the balcony slab. The waterproofing takes a day to “cure” and finally the glass installation will commence. Scheduled completion date is July 15 th . Please remember that the furniture you put out on the balcony makes a difference! Any furniture that has aluminum legs with no coating will seriously damage your balcony causing divots. This is not a warranty issue and the association is not responsible. So please be cautious. pOMpANO BEACH HOUSE AND THE OCEANIC OCEAN-FRONT DINING COMING

TO pOMpANO BEACH

Could Pompano Beach be South Florida’s next seaside vacation destination? With the addition of two new custom-built oceanfront restaurants, The Oceanic and Pompano Beach House, it very well might be.The new Pompano Beach “Fishing Village” will span six oceanfront acres and include 48,500 square feet for about a dozen shops, a parking garage for at least 600 vehicles, and will include a unique pedestrian promenade linking the Pompano Beach Fishing Pier to the Intracoastal Waterway. The two new custom-built restaurants have signed on as the dining and entertainment anchors for the Pompano Beach Fishing Village. Tim Hernandez, a principal for Pompano Pier Associates, says, “The goal is to create a dining nightlife and entertainment district unlike any other in South Florida.”

The Oceanic will be the second custom-built establishment to occupy the Pompano Beach Fishing Village, located just south of Pompano Beach House. The menu will feature seafood, steaks, and salads, and is expected to open in a two-story building with decks facing the ocean, and a Banquet Room that can accommodate more than 100 people.
