Lyric Fest will explore the cross fertilization of artistic disciplines by commissioning a new song cycle by Kile Smith. Fine art batik artist, Pritchard’s one woman show became the touchstone for the poetic works of four poets. These poetic works will be re-interpreted by com-
poser Kile Smith and the three will be experienced together; song cycle, art viewing and a poetry reading.
