[Definitions]

"Liquefied natural gas terminal(LNG terminal)" means aninfrastructure required to:(i)receive liquefied natural gas;(ii)store liquefied natural gas;(iii)enable regassification of LNG;(iv) transport regassified Liquefiednatural gas to the outsideboundaries of the facility; and(v) transport Liquefied natural gasto the outside boundaries of thefacility;

and such an infrastructure on-landLNG terminal, Floating StorageRegassification units (FSRU), LNG-FPSO (LNG-Floating, ProductionStorage and offloading), etc.

CGD entities that are developing LNGterminals and related infrastructurewithin their authorised geographicalarea need to be exempted from theseregulations as they are alreadycovered by their CGD authorisationand associated regulations ..

"Uncommitted Capacity" means Uncommitted capacity implies forthat capacity of the LNG facility captive and shared i.e. merchantwhich is net of the entity's own and facilities, however the same is notthe contractual requirements, applicable for CGD company(ies) thathowever excludes its may erect the facility for aiding earlyapplicability for LNG facility supply of gas or serve difficultinstalled by authorised City Gas markets which cannot be served byDistribution Entity in its trunk pipelines.authorised area for distributionof Natural Gas.The authorised City Gas CGD entities that are developing LNGDistribution Company is terminals and related infrastructureexempted for submission of any within their authorised geographicalapplication for setting up a LNG area need to be exempted from thesefacility as per in its authorised regulations as they are alreadyareas and are exempted to pay covered by their CGD authorisationany application fee as and associated regulations.mentioned in clause 4 of theregulation.
