Transcript of Dear Class

Dear Class,

Our class for Labor Law review will be conducted with a keen focus on mastery of labor law concepts relevant to the bar. We will also pay attention to drafting brief, concise, but complete answers.

For this, I will rely heavily on slides showing bar-type questions for you to answer in class. Answers should reflect what you will write on your bar booklets.

No reading material is required. But I strongly suggest for each of you to pick out one bar reviewer for labor which you can use throughout the semester. The updated reviewers already contain the newer cases in labor as well as the new laws.

To be up to date, I have included in our outline decisions of the Supreme Court from 2009 to 2010 (April) to be taken up in class.

For our class June 26, 2010, read up on the topics covered by the interim outline I am giving through Ramil. Remember to read the corresponding parts in your reviewers as the questions usually have common themes. I will give out the rest of the outline during class.

In class, only notebooks and pens will be allowed. Please be ready for class.Thanks.
