Inclusive of: Two nights’ accommodation, lunch and dinner and a safari on day 1. Breakfast, lunch and transfer to and from the wedding venues on day 2 and breakfast on the day of departure.The above rates exclude the Wedding meal.Day visitors attending the wedding will be charged at R 605.00 per person for lunch and transfer to and from the wedding venues as well as the wedding meal.

Rates also exclude the gate conservation entry fee which is payable per vehicle per stay.

WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONSRESERVATIONS / ROOMING LIST 1. All reservations must be placed in writing with the Lodge.

2. The total number of rooms reserved for the group must be confirmed no later than 40 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, they may be reduced by no more than 10% of the total reservation until 30 days prior to arrival when the number of rooms reserved will be considered definite.

3. A final list of all guests, indicating guest’s initials and surnames and which persons are sharing is required in writing no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Thereafter this figure, or actual attendance, whichever is greater will be charged for.

PROGRAMME AND CATERING REQUIREMENTS 1. Catering requirements will be finalized in documentation following these agreements and will be considered as an addendum to this document.

2. Mabula Game Lodge requires a detailed program of events in writing no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to supply us with this information timeously may result in the lodge being unable to finalize arrangements for your group adequately.

3. Special requirements should be communicated to Mabula Game Lodge timeously to ensure compliance. Your co-ordinator will forward a copy of the final function sheet for approval prior to the arrival of the group. Signing the function sheet and returning it to Mabula Game Lodge confirms your approval of arrangements. Changes required may be indicated on the function sheet.

4. ALL MUSIC MUST BE TURNED DOWN AT 11PM and OFF AT 12PM. This is unfortunately not negotiable since we are a Private Game Reserve and any disturbances will affect the wild life as well as other guests in house.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

1. Deposit payment according to group size as follows:

10 – 60 guests: 25% deposit 45 days prior to arrival 61 – 120 guests: 25% deposit 70 days prior to arrival 121 guests plus: 25% deposit 90 days prior to arrival The balance of the Fully Inclusive Package to be paid to the Lodge no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

Should the deposit and payment terms not be met on or before the due date (unless prior arrangements have been authorized by management) the hotel reserves the right to release all reservations held and free to sell to other clients. It is the sole responsibility of the company, client or PCO to ensure payment are made on due date.

2. Should the reservation be made within 30 days prior to arrival a deposit equal to 50% of the total Fully Inclusive Package amount quoted will be due immediately, with the balance paid within 14 days prior to arrival.

3. The balance outstanding from services rendered to the client during the function held at the Lodge must be settled prior to departure.

4. Where the client has contracted a third party such as a PCO or Travel Agent, to reserve and/or co-ordinate the booking, the client remains the principal party within this agreement and shall remain responsible to the Lodge for settlement of any amounts due to the Lodge in terms of this agreement.

5. Should the client elect to settle the outstanding balance due to the Lodge via such a third party, the client remains responsible for such debt until it has been settled in full.

6. Payment must be made directly into the bank account of the Lodge and proof of payment must be sent to the Lodge. Any payment outstanding, not paid to the Lodge within 30 days after departure, will accrue interest at prime +1%.

CANCELLATIONS Should a reservation be cancelled after the signing of this contract, the following cancellation charges will apply: 25% : 90 - 61 days prior to arrival 30% : 60 - 46 days prior to arrival 90% : 45 - 31 days prior to arrival 100% : 30 days or less prior to arrival
