One45 evaluations of rotations & staff

• Staff evaluations – compiled annually, better anonymity

• Rotation evaluations– Available in real time to the PD & others– Still unsigned but more traceable

• Both:– Use of constructive language– When possible, behaviourally anchor your comments– Be aware that one45 is anonymous/unverified information – If an urgent response is required – use your advocates!!!
