You know that lighting �res or using heat sources in unauthorized places within protected wilderness areas has a penalty of 61 days to 3 years of imprisonment and a �ne of 11 to 50 UTM
The use of �re is regulated within wild protected areas, therefore:
Do not light rustic stoves inside the protected wilderness areas.
Do not burn garbage or litter.
Do not use candles. It is strictly forbidden.
Do not smoke inside wild protected areas.
If you are in doubt about the use of �re, do not use it or ask about it to a park ranger.
You know that starting a �re that seriously a�ects the condition of the animal or vegetal life within a protected wilderness area has a sentence of 5 years and a day to 20 years, besides the expulsion of the country if you are a foreigner.
Alert or report any behavior or situation that could start a wild�re.
If you are near a wild�re, never act on your own initiative. Stay away from the �re and alert the park ranger or call the CONAF emergency phone number (130).

Sabes que encender fuego o utilizar fuentes de calor en áreas silvestres protegidas en lugares no autorizados tiene una pena de 61 días a 3 años y una multa de 11 a 50 UTM
El uso del fuego está regulado al interior de las áreas silvestres protegidas, por lo tanto:
No haga fogones rústicos al interior de las áreas silvestres protegidas.
No queme desperdicios o sobres de basura.
No use velas. Está estrictamente prohibido.
No fume al interior de las áreas silvestres protegidas.
Si tiene duda sobre el uso del fuego, no lo use o infórmese con el personal de guardaparques.
¿Sabes que provocar un incendio que afecte gravemente las condiciones de vida animal o vegetal de un área silvestre protegida, tiene una pena de 5 años y un día a 20 años, además de la expulsión del país si eres extranjero?.
Alerte o denuncie cualquier conducta o condición de riesgo que pueda provocar un incendio.
Si estás cerca de un incendio forestal, jamás actúes por iniciativa propia. Aléjate del fuego y avisa a Guardaparques o al fono de emergencia CONAF 130.
Si se produce un incendio, sigue las instrucciones del guardaparque.
CONAF podrá tomar medidas administrativas preventivas, las cuales pueden contemplar el cierre temporal de las áreas silvestres protegidas. Infórmate en www.conaf.cl
