    Exercise is important to maintain health. I either walk or ride my bike everyday. A few days a week I wout at the gym, and on weekends I usually play tennis with my friends. I enjoy exercise so it is fun and easy fome to do it. It helps keep me strong and it is good for my health, too.

    Friends are another important part of one's health. Friends help keep you happy and help you deal witstress. Studies have shown that emotional health is related to physical health. Spending time with my friendshelps keep me emotionally healthy.
