downeast destination management is the Maritimes’ premiere full-service destination management company, servicing the convention and conference market as a “one stop” shop for meeting and event needs. We offer a variety of services, in Halifax, the Maritimes and beyond including:

• Online registration. We can develop and manage all registration data – including hotel manifests and excursion sign-ups – all with a convenient online signup feature.

• Airfare. We are able to negotiate, manage, and issue airfares for your conference.• Hotel contracts. We take the stress out of hotel bookings by negotiating and managing the

bedroom block, meeting space, and food and beverage. We keep an eye out for attrition and penalties in order to keep you informed.

• Meet & greet. Our associates can be at the airport to meet your VIPs as they arrive, and ensure that they are well taken care of until they reach their accommodations.

• Transportation. We can provide transportation from the airport for all of your guests and conference attendees as well as transportation to any or all other elements of your conference.
