PRESETS
CANT Mode, SET Mode, Shim, Stack Programs, Optimized Programs, Slab Recovery and 2nd
Headrig presets are
displayed in different colors. It is possible to assign a sorting number to any preset. Presets are called either directly
or in masked time. Displays are in inches either in decimal or with fractions
STACK PROGRAMS
Different kinds of programs are available so as to optimize the sawing patterns accordingly.
Stack programs can be memorized in a preset key under a number.
INDUSTRIAL SETTING SYSTEM
MUDATA Setting system are manufactured, designed and assembled in our factory. MUDATA Setting systems
feature incremental or SSI inputs, analog and On/Off inputs and outputs. MUDATA setting systems are opened to
external P.L.C. by TCP/IP communication protocol.
SOFTWOOD and HARDWOOD SAWING PATTERNS
MUDATA Setting systems are designed to take into account specificities of softwood and hardwoods ways of sawing.
MUDATA 2D and 3D scanners can be easily adapted to the upgrade the optimizing performances of the setting
systems for linear carriages.
PARAMETERS DETAILS
All MUDATA Setting system parameters and external P.L.C. are accessible through the touchscreen PC. Specific
screens allow to test and to display inputs and outputs.
REMOTE MAINTENANCE
A remote access is available through the touchscreen by VNC connection for maintenance, troubleshooting and
training.
