Sense by avvio:

Avvio is based on the online business development for hotels.

Its main goal is to increase the conversions of the hotel’s website by making this website more effective.

It is a new and a revolutionary technology that permits to personalize the hotel web pages of its clients (for each visitor, each services…) => It uses the best internet tools and technology available for the hospitality.

What will be the impact on customer service expectations of capabilities presented?

When we research a hotel, we are more and more attentive to the design and the aestical apsect of the website, to the photos. So the impact is to attract and to keep the attention of the visitor, by offering a better design, higer quality photos…

ÞAs he said Frank Reeves : « Immediately, within 4 seconds that the client arrive to landing page, they are convinced that this is the right hotel for them ».

It gives a bigger and greatter guarantee at each client , permits to reduce the risk of bad surprise => The customer has the opportunity to discover the hotel website page in regard to his key words, his favorite activity (spa, golf…). He can see directly if this hotel can correspond to its expectations or not.

What types of hospitality operations will benefit and how?

In my opinion, all types of hospitality operations will benefit. Such as:

The restaurant & Bar = > By offering some special offers, putting some ideas of the menu on the welcome page…

The Rooms => By offering special offers, showing high quality pictures of the rooms…

The Spa => By offering special offers, it can be a special offer which proposes a night at the hotel for a day in the spa.

Events and Meeting rooms => By putting a diaporama with pictures of all the meeting rooms, and by offering some special offers

Activities like Golf => By offering special offers, like a free access for one or two days, free course…

For all the types of hotels, but more effecient for a hotel with a restaurant, bar, spa…

What types of services or benefits currently outside of a property can ve integrated into presented capabilities?

In my opinion, there are many services or benefits currently outside of the hotel , such as:

Concierge => A client want a hotel close to the Eiffel Tower for example, so he writes « luxury hotel Eiffel Tower » and when he clicks on the link, the landing page of the website has a picture of the Eiffel Tower.

E-Commerce => For example, Ebay recommends you products in regard to what you have purchased earlier or often viewed (if you are very interesting by the spa, any hotel website will valorize their spa directly on their landing page…).

How can a hotel use the capabilitie to create digital differentiation – and thus a competitive advantage?

By customizing the landing page of the hotel website in order to be more design and attractive than the other websites (pictures, offers, actualities...).

Time saving for the guest => He can know directly when he opens the website if this hotel can correspond to his expectations.

By listening the customers and visitors needs (and offer exactly what they want).

Possibility to add virtual tours in the landing page. In this sense, when the key words are related to the golf, you will find a virtual visit of the golf.

What impressed you the most about the particular topic that you selected?

Easy to use, and good tool for the online development.

A very interesting and good strategy to attract and keep the attention of the visitor => With this, we are more focused on the customers needs and expectations.

Websites more design and more attractive

It is a good idea if a hotel want to diversify its website, and to propose a website more personalized for each visitor, each potential guest!
