Information-what is Networking?
Networking is a concept of sharing resources & services. A Network of computers is a group of inter connected system sharing resources & interacting using a shared resource can be a data, a printer, a fax modem, or a service such as a Database or an email system. The individual system must be connected through a pathway. this Pathway is called as the transmission medium. it is used to
transmit the resource or service of between the computers. All the systems on the pathway must follow a set of common communication rules; These rules AS Also called as Protocols.
what is Server Machine?A server is a software program or the computer on which that programs runs, that provides a
specific kind of service to client software running on the same computer or other computers on network.
A single computer con have multiple server software applications running on it. Also, it is possible for a computer to be both a client & server simultaneously; this is accomplished by connecting to
itself in the same way that a separate computer would. In short, Server machine is known as like DHCP,DCN,FTP or Web Server. domains give permissions &
set rules to Clients.
what is Client Machine?A client is a piece of Computer hardware or software that accesses a service made / available by a server. A client is a computer program that, as part of its operation relies on sending a request to
another computer program.
Case Study- The help of the Routing & switching Method we can doing case study of
Networking Between Server & Client machine.
Routing & SwitchingRouting & switching enables data to be dynamically transmitted over the network
to other nodes. routing protocols must be able to identify nodes transmitted within their own platform & data to be sent to other platforms regardless of the current topology. The routing protocol must also provide seamless roaming by
ensuring that no routed packets are lost when a node changes its point of attachment to the network. Maintaining scalability is important in routing as the
network is constantly changing. the network must be able to function with numerous levels of platforms. Routers & Switches will use metrics to determined
the best paths to take when routing data.

In given figure you see,We done Network Between Server & Client Machine with the help of Routing & Switching
Method. In this Network we use 15 Desktops machine. 14 PCs as Client Machine & 1 are DHCP server Machine And we use 1 Cisco Router[ID79n6d30249] & Switch [1600IN].
