of paper which is 17.71 inch or less in length in thesaddle-stitching folding mode. Use the D type ifproblems occur under the above conditions orwhen using in conditions other than the above.
• When using paper with 7.88 inch or less in width,be sure to remove auxiliary roller units (C) and(D).
• In case of saddle-stitching folding, when changingthe length to be 9.84 inch or less and the width tobe 7.88 inch or more, be sure to remove auxiliaryroller units (C) and (D) because parts may touch, resulting in damage. After changing the size, install the auxiliary rollerunit.
• This auxiliary roller unit can be moved to the leftand right together with the stay at the long hole.It can be moved by loosing the hexagon socketbolt.Move it to the left when handling paper less than17 lb.
• When the stay is moved, use either at the left edgeor right edge of the long hole.If the stay is set inclined, the flat belt will runcrookedly, resulting in possible damage.Fix tightly after the movement.
• The roller is factory set to the right edge of thelong hole.
• If the paper is conveyed crookedly as shown in thefigure, move the weight. Can be moved if the weight is rotated counterclockwise, fix tightly after the movement.
• There are some cases where the auxiliary rollerunit touches some parts installed to head holder orthe conveyance roller unit depending on the papersize. Take the following steps where necessary.• Use the auxiliary roller unit (C).• Move the weight.• Move the stay together with the installed
