Cancellations must be notified at least 3 days (72 hours) before departure and will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge. If theatre / entrance tickets have been obtained, then the net cost of these will also be deducted. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after this time. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient numbers of passengers or circumstances beyond our control, in such instances a full refund will be given. Dates may change from those advertised. There is no requirement for Financial Protection on day trips and none is provided.
