David Tvildiani Medical University is one and only leading non-government medical university in Republic of Georgia.

It is the only medical institute in Republic of Georgia where thecourses are based on program of USMLE (US Medical LicensingExam) and taught following strictly English books for all students.

Oral exams are conducted regularly after completion of eachtopic followed by monthly computer-based Multiple Choice Ques-tions (MCQs) test covering the taught subjects of that period.

The AIETI Medical School has only one faculty - the Faculty of GeneralMedicine. The structure and format of the curricula and the teaching manage-ment system are original, holding the copyright. They are specially designed toincrease the efficiency and comprehensibility of the learning process: Basic medi-cal subjects are integrated into organ - system oriented rotations while Clinicalsubject cycles are disease oriented. Clinical clerkship is conducted in themodern well-equipped hospitals in Georgia (Sachkhere Medical Center) as wellas in Lithuania (Klaipeda University).
