To  achieve  his  goals  in  the  world  of  motor  racing,  David  Sera  has  a  four  year  career  plan,  to  propel  him  towards  the  pinnacle  of  Australian  motor  racing  –  As  laid  out  below.  

  Step  1:  Dominate  Australian  kar.ng  and  lay  the  racing  founda.ons  for  future  success  

  Step  2:  Compete  in  state  and  selected  na.onal  Formula  Ford  events  –  to  develop  race  engineering  skill  and  race  crab  on  V8  Supercar  circuits.    Target  .me  line  of  1-­‐2  seasons.  

  Step  3:  Progress  into  V8  Supercar  Development  Series    Year  one:  learn  race  crab  and  V8  Supercar  setup  techniques    Year  two:  winning  races  and  challenge  for  the  Fujitsu  DVS  Championship  .tle.  Earn  V8  

Supercar  ‘Endurance’  posi.on.  

  Step  4:  Earn  a  fully  fledged  V8  Supercar  Championship  posi.on    To  con.nue  developing  as  a  driver  and  sponsor  ambassador,  to  repay  long  term
