Membership also allows access to the ESDA “Members Only” part of the website where there are many Technical Reports that may be of benefit to you for free

ESD damage is not going away – in-fact it is increasing due to automated processes leading to charged device model (CDM) damage

Control of static charge on people - (human body model) HBM is pretty well understood but correct implementation is necessary now and always
