- Directions from I-64 -- Take Exit 291-B from I-64.- Upon leaving ramp, yield all the way to the left lane to get onto the 168 Chesapeake Expressway towards “Nags Head / Manteo”.- Stay on 168 Bypass Expressway for 8.7 miles.- Take Exit 8-B onto Hillcrest Pkwy.
